How to cure fistula at home permanently by doctor in Hindi

 

  

Fistula forms because of infection present between muscles surrounding the rectum and anus

Here are my experienced advices for you to tackle fistula at home. Fistula does not heal itself, we have to operate by laser to cure it. in Ayurveda ksharsutra is available for permanent treatment.

1 Maintain good anal hygiene, keep it dry, clean or wipe from front to back, don't use any chemical at anus

2 Active lifestyle modification, do exercises 30 minutes daily, don't sit at a place for more than 30 minutes, use donut seat cushion, reduce your weight

3 Stay hydrated, drink 3-4 liters of fluids daily

4 Take 25-35 gms of fiber diet daily in form of grains, lentils, legumes, vegetables and fruits

5 Control your sugar and thyroid if present

6 Avoid spicy processed packaged fast foods refined grains sugary food etc

7 Sit in Sitz bath twice a day, hot tub bath with savlon or betadine in it

8 Take milk with haldi and honey twice a day

9 Take ginger tea twice a day

10 Apply teatree oil with olive oil seasame oil oregano oil 

11 Do not strain in defecation

12 Change underwear daily

13 take cloves water daily

14 Be careful in anal sex, use lubricants freely
